Antycip Simulation will be at Laval Virtual 2009, in Laval France, to present its latest technologies & solutions for virtual reality and simulation. This includes the latest innovations from Mersive, TechViz and Christie. Antycip Simulation will also showcase for the first time in France VR-Vantage, the new visual solution from MÄK Technologies. VR-Vantage is terrain-agile. It does not have a single "native" format for terrain data. Instead, MÄK has ensured that VR-Vantage supports customers' pre-existing data. VR-Vantage can load traditional hand-modeled databases, source data, and it can connect to web-based servers for streaming elevation and imagery data.
Demonstrations will include:
* a super high resolution rear projected seamless display wall integrated with the Mersive automatic calibration technology
* a cylindrical display integrating the new M-Series 3-chip DLP® projectors from Christie, autocalibrated by the Mersive Sol Server
* several 3D applications running with VR-Vantage, the new visualisation tool from MÄK Technologies. VR-Vantage has been designed for the visualisation of any type of data including web server data like Google Earth™ or Yahoo! Maps
* the new innovations from TechViz for the creation of stereoscopic displays from any OpenGL applications
* the latest cm-labs demonstrations that present high fidelity physics powered by Vortex for crane simulation and robotic applications
* the latest GL Studio 4.0 from DiSTI, for the rapid prototyping of HMI applications.jpg "Mersive SOL Server")
* the unique technology of DI-Guy for the population of thousands of human characters in virtual environments
* the new approach of SCANeR Studio for driving simulation from our partner OKTAL
