European Audio Visual and Projection Engineer / Specialist

Job Description:
Main activities:

• Work in collaboration with European Visualisation Manager to design and deliver projection and virtual reality solutions
• Closely work with account managers in pre-sales demonstrations, preparation and specification of projection systems designs, preparation of technical documentation following customers requests and RFIs/tenders invitations
• Support customers in the post installation phase in use of their projection systems
• Organisation and carry out systems hand-over training to customers
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors
• Carry out a constant technology watch for innovations and new products

• English is mandatory, another European language would be beneficial
• Good experience in audio visual and projection systems
• Knowledge in electronics and mechanics 
• Ability to travel 
• High interest in new technologies
• Ability to work independently and work as part of a team
• Dynamism, desire to learn in a team, professionalism 
• Good communication skills 
• Driving Licence

Solutions Services Manager

Job Description:
A. Prospects Development (Pre-Sales)

• Scouting of prospects
• Study and analysis of prospects
• Organising events and activities
• Preparation of proposals and contracts
• Tracking and reporting progress of prospects development

B. Project Implementation (Post-Sales)

• Planning and Budgeting of project's activities
• Leading, organising and driving the execution of project's activities
• Acquiring and development of all necessary resources to carry out project's activities
• Ensuring the correctness, quality and on time delivery for projects

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Training and Simulations industry or related industry preferably in Europe
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Systems Development
• Experience in working with multi-culture, multi-nationalities environment is an advantage
• Ability to communicate (both oral and written) well in English is compulsory
• Ability to communicate in other European languages is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and learn fast will be highly regarded
• Experience working with Asian cultures is an advantage
• Frequent travelling may be necessary with this job
• Positive, can do and quick problem solving attitude will be highly regarded

• Work in collaboration with UK Sales & Engineering Team to boost UK, Spanish & Benelux Sales
• Manage order entry system in collaboration with European Administration Team.
• Receiving, Checking & Shipping customer orders
• Updating software support schedule & Issuing renewal quotations quarterly in advance
• Manage UK database of customers / orders
• Manage customer software license keys in collaboration with suppliers

• Microsoft Office package including Excel and Access.
• Logistics / Import, VAT & Duty training
• Good Communication
